Description: You’ve loved them since they were in the womb. You fed them, changed them, snuggled with them and prayed over them. You watched them crawl then walk and speak words that only you understood then ask “why” millions of times. You brought them to church and rejoiced when they asked Jesus into their hearts. You walked them into their Kindergarten class and then what seemed like just a few moments later, you watched them walk across the stage at graduation. 

Now they’re adults and no one warned you how your role as Mom was going to change. No one warned you that despite all your best efforts, as adults they might choose a different path. You’re left brokenhearted, wondering what you could’ve done differently, begging God to intervene.
